Hi, ghis is in effort of submitting the comments for my ticket that was placed with pictures for my order. As shown in the photos submitted there is no way possible to ship a fedora hat with a brim without bending it in such small box. It is impossible to get the hat brim back to its original shape. I sent a message on Wednesday, 10/26/22 saying that I received my package. Thank you for my order! However, I ordered a fedora hat that I was not satisfied with it being folded, bent up and shipped in a small 25×22×15 box. No hat with a brim should be folded and shipped in a box that small and expect for someone to sale and their customers be satisfied, as it is impossible to get all the dents out of it to sale. Can you please send me a replacement hat shipped the proper way a hat with a brim should be shipped and that is without bends or being folded? Also, I will be ordering more fedoras in the near future. Please be sure that all fedoras that I order going forth are placed in a box big enough where there is no bending of the brim to ship. It is impossible to sale and a waste of my time and money and a waste of your time. All other products where good as usual. I love your products and would love to continue doing business with you.
